Authorized Purchasing Disclaimer

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are an Authorized Buyer purchasing paraphernalia and other goods that bear the logos, designs, copyrights, and trademarks of a specific Greek Letter Organization (GLO). Buyer understands and agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own, or possess such items unless they are purchasing them for the benefit of an active member of the designated GLO.

Buyer further agrees that the purchase of GLO-specific items for any other reason is prohibited. Purchasing these items under false pretense authorizes the respective GLO to immediately (1) request the removal of such items from the internet and social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Etsy, etc.) and (2) seek to repossess such purchased item(s) from the Buyer. Buyer also knowingly waives their right under the First Sale Doctrine to subsequently sell, or attempt to sell, any item(s) bearing a GLO's Mark, individually or through a Third Party.
